  The Northridge Board will be making a decision concerning roads repairs in the development within the next month. Please please please get involved and let us know you thoughts, opinions, and vote on the options the Board will be presenting! • 2012-04-03: 2012 Association Dues Notice
  Apologies for the lack of updates, more to come, but right now the important item is about the Northridge Annual Dues Assessment.
  

  It has been brought to the Board's attention that roughly half of the letters from the 2012 mailing did not reach their final destinations. The Board will send a second notice to all homeowner's who have not paid.

  The North Ridge Townhouse Association annual dues assessment for 2012 is $600. This fee was due February 28, 2012. If the homeowner did not receive the initial mailing then the owner has until April 6 to submit the dues without penalty. In accordance with the NTOA policies, those who do not pay their fees by the due date are subject to penalty.

  These dues are required to continue the ongoing maintenance activities of the community. A major portion of these dues are allocated to the activities which consist of:

  • maintaining the landscaping, buildings, and roads
  • lawn mowing and other landscaping
  • maintaining the appearance of the buildings (the Association shares in the cost of maintaining the paint on the units)
  • maintaining the condition of the roads
  • snow removal

  For questions regarding the collection of the annual dues assessment, please contact MaryAnn Squires, Treasurer of the NTOA Board of Directors.

• 2011-09-13: Northridge "Meet You Neighboor" Night
  UPDATE: Date changed to Thur Sept 22.

  Join your neighbors as we gather to meet and greet one another this week. Join us for an informal meeting on Thursday, September 22, at Kegler's Clubhouse.

  This is a great opportunity to meet the people who live in your neighborhood and discuss the Neighboorhood Watch program for Northridge.

• 2011-08-09: Northridge Neighboorhood Watch Meeting
  
  Before the monthly Board meeting on Wednesday August 10th, 6:00pm, we will have our first Neighboorhood Watch meeting. A representative from the Mon County Sheriff's Department will come by to speak. See more info in the flyer here.
  
  
• 2011-08-04: Mon Co Sheriff Deupties Make Arrests
  WBOY reports that Monongalia County Sheriff Deupites arrest 3 and charge two others in robberies at North Ridge:

  Big thanks to the Mon Co Sheriff's Dept for acting quickly on this. But remember to still be safe and lock doors and windows and take other precautions as needed to protect your home.
  
  
• 2011-08-01: Robberies Reported
  A couple robberies have recently been reported in Noth Ridge. Remember to lock your doors (front, back patio, AND balconies) and take other precautions as necessary. Please keep an eye out for any suspicious behavior and call the police if needed. More information to be posted soon.
  
  
• 2011-08-01: Emergency Contact Form Posted
  The Board has created an Emergency Contact Form for owners and residents. The information would be used by a Board memeber to try to contact owners and residents about emergency situations (ie fire, flood, etc) concerning their townhome. - Emergency Contact Form
  
  
• 2011-07-12: July Board Meeting
  The July Northridge Homeowners Association meeting is tonight! All owners and residents are welcome to attend. Plese Note, the meeting tonight is at 6:00pm.
  
  
• 2011-07-06: Paint Colors for 2011
  Rows G and H are getting an updated look with the 2011 Summer Painting. Here are the two color combinations that the Board is proposing. Please let the Board know what you think, esepcially Owners / Residents of G and H Rows!

• 2011-06-14: June Board Meeting Rescheduled
  The June Northridge Homeowners Association meeting has been pushed back one day to Wednesday June 15th and will be at 6:00pm. All owners and residents are welcome to attend.
  
  
• 2011-05-10: May Board Meeting
  The May Northridge Homeowners Association meeting is tonight! All owners and residents are welcome to attend.
  
  
• 2011-05-10: 2011 Landscaping
  The 2011 lanscaping contract has been signed with Beardies and they will be starting (or have started!) working around the development doing initial cleanup and starting the regular lawn mowings.
  
  
• 2011-05-10: Summer Paint Colors?
  This year we are looking at painting Rows G and H, but what colors? A couple members of the Board are looking at paint color choices for these rows, but if you have any suggestion for paint colors that will compliment and fit in with the current earth-toney colors of the other townhome rows, please send them in!
  
  
• 2011-05-10: Light pole for main road
  Over the winter a light pole along the main road in Northridge was knocked over. A new light should be getting installed soon.
  
  
• 2011-05-10: A Row mailbox update
  Sorry, not a good update, we are still trying to get the A Row mailbox fixed. If you live in A Row and have not retrieved your mail from the knocked over mailbox, please do ASAP. When all the mail is removed we can hopefully have the mailbox repaired.
